This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated in the city centre but in a quiet area, away from the bars. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms come equipped with big kitchens and good facilities.

No need for improvement, everything was ok.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including the night manager and receptionist, were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The cleanliness of the place was perfect, and it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the free parking available right in front of the hotel, convenient for us as we had a car. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The hotel's location was excellent, with a big mall within walking distance, with food options and even a place to buy a local sim card. we found it easy to get buses or taxis everywhere, whether it was to the beach, shops, or the port of this city.

We felt at home at Crystallo Apartments. The room was spacious with a terrace or balcony, and we loved the pool view. The comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook just like at home. The location was perfect, close to Kings Avenue Mall, the bus station, and the Municipal Baths. Excellent value for money.

We found a great place to stay during our backpacking trip. The apartment was located in a quiet area, away from the noisy streets but still close to the center and the bustling harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing us with detailed information on how to reach the nearest bus stop. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We also appreciated the complimentary WiFi and the availability of parking facilities. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

We did experience some minor inconveniences with the shower, as it tended to leak and leave the bathroom floor wet.

The beds were comfy, daily cleaning, fridge in the room, air conditioning, balcony, friendly staff.

The room was quite spacious and had good air conditioning. It was also in a great location, with the beach, shopping mall, and main street just a short walk away.

One major drawback was the poor soundproofing. I could hear people talking and walking in the hallways all night long, difficult for me to sleep.

Despite a few minor inconveniences like the need for an adapter for European-style sockets and the small, slightly moldy shower cabin, the overall experience was great. The pool was a refreshing spot to relax during the hottest hours, and there were plenty of sun beds available. We also enjoyed the quiet and relaxing environment of the apartment. While the WiFi service wasn't the best, it was free in the lobby and allowed us to stay connected. we had a pleasant stay at Crystallo Apartments and would recommend it to others seeking a clean and airy accommodation option.
